We assist customers in finding and booking rental cars by comparing rates across various providers. All bookings are made on behalf of the customer, with an applicable service fee included in the total price.

2. Pricing & Payment

Prices listed on our website or quoted over the phone include a service fee. All payments must be made in full at the time of booking. We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on real-time availability and vendor pricing changes.

3. Booking Modifications & Cancellations

Modification or cancellation requests must be made by calling our customer support team. Some bookings may be non-refundable or subject to vendor-specific cancellation fees. Please review the terms at the time of booking.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refund eligibility depends on the policies of the car rental company used and our own processing fee terms. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.

5. User Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy of personal and booking details.
• Abide by the rental company’s terms, including license, age, and insurance requirements.
• Report any disputes or errors within 24 hours of receiving the booking confirmation.

RentalCarAssistance.com is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of third-party rental services. We act solely as a booking intermediary.
